Tim is a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Engineering Geologist, he can assess ground conditions and the geotechnical stability of a site.
We provide a risk assessment of a property or development, designed to give the assurances required for property sales and conveyance, morgagability, home insurance, or to provide peace of mind to homeowners.
We will provide a detailed and comprehensive report which will provide an assessment of risk as well as whatever assurances are appropriate, we will also provide advice and recommendations for cost-effective remediation works (if required).

Tim has been working as an Engineering Geologist and specialising in Slope Stability Assessment for 20 years. Since 2015 he has been living and working exclusively in Cornwall.
